Learning about the art of making portuguese traditional pastry "OVOS MOLES", a tradition with 500 years old. There are dozens of recipes from north to south of Portugal like pastel de nata (custard tart), pudim abade de priscos, ovos moles de aveiro, or toucinho do céu.
It´s a hands-on class. The participants choose 2 recipes they want to learn from a selected list. The workshop is lead by a pastry chef. It can be schedule Monday to Friday (17.00/19.00h) and Saturday to Sunday (10.00/12.00h).
The Program: Preparing 2 recipes and in the end the Tasting. The recipes are served with whine, liqueur, coffee and tea.
